We spend years in school learning to read and write, taking courses in history, mathematics, language and science and developing skills such as discipline, diligence, and responsibility. In other words, for upwards of 20 years, day in and day out, you have been preparing yourself for the working world. But ask yourself: how many courses have you taken on happiness?

You would hire a professional – an architect who has studied statistics – because you would want them to build a strong foundation so that your walls don’t collapse around you. The same goes with happiness. wellyou is your guide to a full life. It’s where science, gamification and wellbeing merge.
wellyou is a holistic program designed to increase our happiness and wellbeing. However, it’s not just another boring program. Instead, we cast it in the form of a real-life adventure game. It’s an interactive app: the rules are on your smartphone, but you play in real life.
Happiness is the product of our physical, mental and social health. Combine the best science-based methods and technologies to improve our health in these three categories and there you have it: wellyou. The idea is to make the user experience how life feels if as many areas as possible are just great. The app offers three programs: a one-, a two- and a three-month program.
The programs consist of three main parts: the essential training, the personal to-do’s, and the weekly themes. On top of that, there are a weekly photo contest, monthly challenges, a nutritional guide and a mood tracker included. See our subpages for more information.
